Keeping Focus at Work

Keeping focus at work can be difficult as the day wears on. Since the body is approximately 57% water, it would be best to drink water as the day goes on. Coffee, Red Bull and those other energy drinks will give a boost, but your body needs water. Most American’s have easy access to good clean water – plus it’s cheap and it has no calories.

So when your getting slugs, pour yourself a cold glass of water and drink up.
