They’re to Blame

It is easy to find fault in everything and harder to find perfection.  Let us blame something or somebody for failure, but don’t praise the person who worked a little harder to make sure the project was completed.  No blame falls on those who delegate responsibility, but on the manager who has to do the tasks.  Finger pointing is easy and when done regularly tares apart the fabric of the company.

Don’t tell people you are different or better, but lead by example.  Learn to lead and accept  the outcome of your guidance.  If you cannot do this then take the negative finger pointing skills that you have mastered and run for public office. Business is about risks and leading; its rewards is money and prosperity.  So stride to lead and leave your fingers in your pocket, unless you’re a politician then point it at business and say “They’re to blame”.
