Consistency is not the path to Exceptional

Consistently late, consistently unreliable, consistently is mediocre we rate people by.

Consistency is a negative perception more so than a positive perception.  Very rarely will you hear the praise of being consistently on time, consistently superior, or consistently accurate?  Yet people stride to be consistent in their activities, judgments and routines.

Maybe the trick to success is to avoid consistency and embrace the imbalances of life. Performing the same consistent task over and over again does not increase your success or production. People who reach success are not being consistent, but radical in their approach to a concept or idea.  Why not expand your perception of what is consistent and reach for a whole new level that isn’t consistent, but exceptional.
